The Beovox 2 is a passive loud speaker designed for in wall or in ceiling mounting. An unusual feature is the ability to turn the speaker to focus the sound in a particular direction. This is designed to be done at the time of installation and once directed , the speaker is fixed in this position.
There are two models, the 2.1 which has a 3/4" tweeter and 3" midrange/woofer and the larger 2.2 which has the same tweeter but boats a 5" midrange/woofer. This allows the reproduction of deeper notes to be achieved.
The 2.1 is 18cm in diameter whereas the 2.2 is 23cm.
